2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

• Digital products (templates, kits, resources) are delivered via instant download.

• Each download link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Inside your download, you’ll find a “Getting Started” PDF that includes everything you need to access and use your product smoothly.

• Your purchase grants a non-exclusive license for personal or business use.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files under any circumstances.

3. SERVICES

All custom services — including Branding, Shopify, and WordPress projects — are handled with care, clarity, and collaboration. Here’s how the process works:

• Payment
  Full or partial payment is required before work begins. Details are outlined in your project proposal.

• Scope & Timeline
  Each project includes a clear scope of work, deliverables, and estimated timeline agreed upon in advance.

• Unlimited Revisions
  I offer unlimited revisions — we’ll keep refining until you’re fully satisfied with the result.

• Client Responsibility
  You’re responsible for providing all required materials (logos, content, product details, etc.) on time. Delays may affect the timeline.

• Communication
  All updates, files, and feedback will be handled through email or a private client portal when applicable.

4. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the products sold on craftedbymido.com, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital items.

If you experience any technical issues or are unable to access your files, please contact support@craftedbymido.comand I’ll be happy to assist you.

For custom services (such as branding or consultations), refund terms are clearly outlined in the project proposal. I offer unlimited revisions for every project, and I’m committed to working closely with you until you're fully satisfied with the final result.

If a project is canceled before any work begins, a 50% cancellation fee will be retained to cover planning and preparation time. Once work has started, no refunds will be issued due to the time and creative energy invested.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, visuals, templates, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of MiDO HASAN and craftedbymido.com. You may not copy, distribute, or recreate any content without prior written permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

I'm not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of my products or services. Use of all resources is at your own risk.
